If it wasn't Manchester, Ukraine would be the next home for the label. Our logo was designed by a tattoo artist in Kyiv and we've released music from many of the key players in the underground hip-hop scene there, from DJ Sacred, DJ Bishop, DJ Mistah Evil and DJ Chrome tone.

DJ Chrometone tragically passed away last year, and we've been sitting on a folder of unreleased music since, perilously stored on a google drive that we thought could crash and get lost to the vacuum.

So today we're releasing those volumes as a 'pay what you like' download' - 46 tracks of crude underground hiphop spanning three albums (Criminal in Pursuit, Makin' Money Quick, Playaz Fo Lyf) with all proceeds going to various charities: a reminder that while Putin tries to eradicate the countries cultural legacy, the underground kicks back - so please dig deep and donate what you can.

Communication with those close to Chrome Tone (who are based in Ukraine) has dropped off, so the decision to release this music is based on the idea that the time for action is now and this incentive would be a fitting legacy for his music. We thank you all for the support.

RIP Chrome Tone. Long live Ukraine.
